This Christmas we partnered with the career platform, The WEI, developed by the team behind SheSays.
The WEI is a brilliant initiative to help ‘unstuck creative careers’. Through a personalised professional development plan, users can access aggregated content, track progress and get additional support. It’s optimised to mid-career women in order to address the reality that only 0.1% of creative agencies are currently owned by women.
Together with the team at The Wei, we have created a “12 days of Christmas” gifting campaign – encouraging women to ask for access to the platform from their bosses at Christmas, rather than the usual tat. To put the worth of the programme into context, we brought to life the much less worthwhile, unsuitable (and frankly disturbing) real stories of alternative Christmas gifts women have received in the past.
With beautiful illustrations, crafted by Alex Ramirez, the campaign releases a new story every day. Kicking off with a THONG…You heard right.
