Bringing to life the impact that staying indoors too long can have on a brand, we created a B2B outdoor advertising campaign starring PG Tips’ iconic brand mascot ‘Monkey’. The familiar brand character has been given the lockdown treatment – he is now sporting a huge beard instead of its usual clean-shaven look. The line ‘Been Stuck Indoors Too Long? It’s time to get your brand back advertising outdoors’ aims to encourage brands to reconnect with their audiences as footfall and traffic return.
The campaign will run across Global’s high impact digital estate – the biggest in the UK. It launches this week in line with easing of restrictions nationwide and the re-opening of pubs and restaurants outdoors, non-essential shops, self-catering holidays, hairdressers, salon and gyms in England.
