We’re delighted to announce that after a competitive pitch, The Crown Estate has appointed us as the new B2C agency for its St James’s London portfolio.
The Crown Estate assets in St James’s comprise around half of the buildings in the area; some four million ft2 of retail, office and residential space with a value of over £2.5 billion. The Crown Estate’s £7bn central London portfolio also includes all of Regent Street.
As part of The Crown Estate’s £500m investment programme for St James’s – which aims to enhance and refine the area, carefully and for the long term – we’ll be celebrating all that makes this area of London unique; from its people to its commercial life, and placemaking St James’s for the modern era.
