The Weekly Address #22

Crispy Chicken, Crafts, and Chords

Woohoo. It’s almost the end of the week. As we begin to wrap things up, it’s the perfect time for another weekly address. So sit back, and immerse yourself in the creative work we’ve enjoyed. Here we go:

Speaking of immersion, have you seen Loewe’s Craft Prize website this year? It’s like being in an elegant gallery, without ever having to leave your bedroom. Virtual exhibiting done right. Go have a wander, the closing time is never.

This is the most versatile thing you could wear on Zoom. Luxury brand, Harry Rosen must have seen the creative background trend and thought, ‘why not foregrounds?’. Say hello to their green screen shirt – delivered with interchangeable designs you can (virtually) slip in and out of for your meetings.

Across the channel, French KFC has got some finger lickin’ good movie magic. You know when you’re in the cinema, waiting for that perfect moment to bite into the crispy snack you’ve brought? Now instead, imagine the movie was perfectly synced to your chewing. It’s brilliant.

Last but not least, a piece of beautiful destruction you’ll find oddly satisfying. It’s just as visually stunning as the Toccata piece we liked many articles ago, but this one’s more calming. Enjoy ‘Fugue in A major’, featuring a variety of still objects.
